1. Piston Rod: Piston rod overall conditioning; High frequency surface hardening;  hardness up to 55; The surface is treated with hard chromium plating.
2. Rod end ,tube end and cylinder cover: Rod end ,tube end and cylinder cover are Made of forging steel , with automatic welding instead of manual welding, the weld is more flat
3. Barrel: 25Mn steel, which is the same as original manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. The surface is sandblasted first, using the paint baking process, spraying primer and drying, and then spraying top paint, 2 layers of paint.
4. Seal Kits: We use Japan N-O-K and US S-K-F imported seals, and the oil leakage rate of the cylinder is controlled below 1%.
